負責處理登記、查詢、預約、資料輸入、根據公司指南進行投訴, 遵循公司醫療計劃的行政程序，按照約定提供醫療服務和治療及文件處理等，協助內部和外部各方面包括加強前線業務的行政文件及處理日常主管分配的任務和項目。處理指定的其他臨時職責(包括即在戶外提供注射和驗血服務等事務。)
