負責診所日常運作， 如：接待登記、接聽電話及安排預約，協助醫師診症、配藥，分發藥物，文書處理，收費，處理病人查詢及跟進，診所清潔 (有額外獎金，員工購物優惠，在職培訓)
Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Bone-setting)
提供中醫全科診療服務 (包括骨傷、針灸、處方中藥), 接受培訓後會提供診所駐診累積經驗 (有在職培訓)

管理院舍之日常運作, 協助制定院舍政策及監察執行情況, 負責監察及檢視護理工作及恆常運作, 包括住客健康護理服務、個人照顧計劃等, 協調、執行及評估傳染病防控措施及風險、及呈報機制
