提供健康資訊, 解答顧客對健康產品之查詢, 銷售健康產品, 提供良好顧客服務, 協助店舖日常運作 (醫療福利(包括家屬), 員工購物優惠, 在職培訓, 晉升機會, 康樂活動, 過海津貼 及公司提供教育局認可的健康活力文憑(資歷架構第3級)課程)
